- Monthly plans run month to month. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment, billed monthly.
- Sizing example: 200 seats on Perform with an annual commitment is $10,000 per month.

Product, on-model and campaign images and social posts, made from the photos you already have. The price follows your catalogue, the frames and formats you need, and your timeline.

Is there a minimum number of seats?
Yes. Every plan starts at 200 seats. Agent Guru is built for organisations where consistency across many reps is the whole point.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual?
Same product, same features. Monthly runs month to month at $40, $70 or $90 per seat. Commit for twelve months and the same seats cost $28, $50 or $60 per month, still billed monthly.
Can we prove it before we commit the full seat count?
Yes. Ask about a structured four-week pilot on one product with one team, measured against a readiness baseline. At the end, you decide whether to roll out, extend the pilot or stop.
Can we cancel, and are fees refunded?
Monthly plans run month to month: once a cancellation takes effect, no further charges are made. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment, billed monthly. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where required by law. The details are in our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
