Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No Physical Shipping

We do not sell or ship physical goods. Agent Guru and Agent Jasmine are delivered digitally, online or by email, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed. We deliver to the email address you give us when you buy or accept a quote.

2. Payment Confirmation

When a payment on postmantra.com succeeds, the page shows your payment ID, and Razorpay sends a payment confirmation to the email address you entered. Keep the payment ID: it is your reference for any question about your order.

3. Agent Guru

Agent Guru is delivered as online access for your team.

• After payment, our team contacts you to set up your Agent Guru account and onboard your administrators.
• Send us your presentation and key facts. A first course with recorded lessons and the live coach is usually ready in days.
• It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop, with nothing to install. Your administrators control who signs in.

4. Agent Jasmine

Agent Jasmine images and social posts are delivered as digital files, by email or online, as agreed in your quote.

• The delivery date is agreed in your quote before work starts.
• Files are supplied at print resolution by default, and sized for each channel named in your brief.

5. Invoices and Other Payments

When you pay an invoice or an advance online, the work it covers is delivered on the dates agreed in that invoice, quote or proposal.

6. If You Have Not Received Access or Files

If you have paid and have not heard from us about access or delivery, email admin@aarlanextech.com with your payment ID, or call +91 80503 01666, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
